Our Team

Operations Director Mathew Holland has been with SLP Colourtone since it started as a part of Sea and Land Projects Limited and has played a key role in the development of our product. He has experience of working on both small and large-scale engineering projects such as the Blackpool and Cleveleys sea defences and has in-depth knowledge of working with precast, readymix and decorative concrete.

Mathew works hard to build and maintain close relationships with all of our customers and makes himself available to offer advice and collaborate on projects whenever it is required and he is always up for a creative challenge.

After obtaining his degree, Mathew's son Jack joined the family business at SLP Colourtone. Jack is rapidly gaining knowledge and experience whilst undertaking his apprenticeship in Manufacturing. Jacks enthusiasm and attention to detail makes him a true asset to the team and we are excited to see his career progress.

More recently we are very pleased to welcome back Mike, an old SLP colleague, to the team.
